Company ProfileOver 30 years ago I developed a great respect for Tektronix equipment as a technical student and built a career around this including working for Tektronix for 10 years. During this time I embraced the quality philosophies at Tektronix and volunteered as a member of their Tek Circles Quality Team. For the first 4 years I was a member of many of the productions lines now supported by Tek Scope Service. The following 6 years I was a team member in the Metrology Service Department providing Repair, Calibration and NIST Certification Services to more than 130 models of precision test and measurement equipment. I was responsible to ensure the measurement accuracy for the production lines I supported. Throughout these 30 years I have held several service positions in the high tech industry that have provided me a keen insight into the broad range of needs customers present for their required service. I understand, when equipment is down the true cost is directly related to time. You can be assured I will make every attempt to meet your service requirements in the fastest time possible while providing expert services at affordable prices.
