At Tek Scope Service we realize the importance of doing things right the first time.  We understand returning a product causes loss of valuable time, shipping expenses and confidence.  All repairs come with an overall Performance Assessment to assure problems are not missed in the repair related and unrelated areas of the equipment.  Cause of failure is also carefully considered and appropriate steps are taken to assure the problem does not re-occur.

 We realize however that on rare occasions unforeseen problems can happen.  In these cases the components replaced are covered with a 90 Day Parts and Labor Warranty and any other components directly connected to or, in our opinion, related to are covered by a 90 day Labor Warranty.  Should we determine the problem is not repairable a full refund will be granted with our apologies.
