We can except shipping from almost any carrier. It is important to include your shipping address, billing address, technical contact, procurement contact and telephone numbers. Please also include extensions so that we can leave a message if you are away from the phone.
It is very important that products shipped to us are packaged well. Choose a sturdy container that allows for at least 2 inches of packing materials on all sides once the product is centered. Spray in place foam packaging is the best method for shipping delicate test equipment. If this is not available a well-packaged product will be wrapped in bubble wrap. Crinkled newspaper is a last resort if bubble wrap is not available.
It is especially important to protect the front panel. A piece of foam rubber can accomplish this very well or a little extra bubble wrap loosely tucked in. Styrofoam is not soft enough to protect the delicate switches and knobs on the front panel. The equipment should then be centered in at least 2 inches of popcorn. It is always better to over pack than under pack. Shipping damage is rarely covered by insurance unless the package is well packed. For more information please contact your preferred carrier.
